Who we are
Therapy shouldn’t feel clinical or intimidating - it should feel like a space where you can breathe. We started this practice because we love helping people make sense of their lives, their relationships, and their stories. We believe real change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest, curious enough to explore, and supported enough to try something new. We meet people where they are, not where they “should” be. Together, we work toward growth that feels realistic, sustainable, and true to who you are.

Life experiences can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, your relationships, and your sense of safety. Whether you’re navigating the effects of trauma, working through relationship challenges, or moving through the profound transition of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in trauma, dissociation, attachment, and perinatal mental health, supporting individuals, mothers, and families through healing and times of great transition. Healing can begin when you have enough relational safety to process what you’ve been through and reconnect with who you are or want to be.
My approach is attachment- and trauma-focused. I often integrate hypnosis, parts work, and somatic techniques into my work with clients. I enjoy working with adults and parents and their children through age 5 years old. I'm especially passionate about helping parents break cycles and create new ones.
I myself, am a mother of two young children and have also navigated multiple pregnancy losses. I understand both the deep joy of motherhood and the challenges and grief that can accompany it. It’s truly an honor to support individuals, mothers, and families in their healing.

My approach is warm, attachment-based, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on creating a safe and steady space where healing can happen at each client’s own pace. I also enjoy working with OCD, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and other challenges that can arise when life doesn’t go as expected. I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) primarily for trauma.
I love to work with teens and women. I focus on trauma and relational wounds, including developmental and complex trauma, abuse, neglect, abandonment, violence, and other painful life experiences.

Life is often unpredictable and challenging, I believe that we all do the best we can with what we have at the time. Sometimes, the survival mechanisms and belief systems that protect us in childhood or in a challenging season of life no longer serve us well. My passion as a therapist is to help my clients recognize their self-worth and reclaim their authentic selves.
I work from a client centered and trauma focused perspective that allows me to use my skills for each client, uniquely. I enjoy working with children starting at age 8, teens, and adults.
It can be challenging to reach out for support. Thank you for taking the first step.

Welcome! I recognize that reaching out for support can be an intimidating and vulnerable experience. Whether it's your first time in therapy or hundredth, I strive to create a supportive, affirming, and nonjudgmental space in order to foster a safe environment for growth at your own pace. It is my belief that we all have the inner resources to move towards wholeness, and much of the therapeutic process is recognizing and connecting to those resources.
I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life (teens and up), experiencing a variety of challenges. My specialities include in anxiety, depression, substance use/addiction, life transitions, and trauma, among other concerns. I currently offer both in-person or virtual appointments.
